Prenatal Massage $60-60 min, $72-75 min, $85-90 min Can be done anytime during pregnancy great for all 3 trimesters. Prenatal massage can help alleviate pain, soreness, stiffness, and discomfort that is so common when you are pregnant. Utilizing specialty cushions and specialized techniques that focus on your lower back, hips, glutes and other sore areas will allow you to go through your pregnancy with as little discomfort as possible. Postpartum Massage $55-60 min, $67-75 min $80 -90 min First 16 weeks after giving birth. Postpartum massage focuses on addressing the special needs of new moms. Specially-designed cushions allow mom to lay comfortably after they have given birth and accommodate the changes the new mom has gone through. Add a Mother Roasting hot stone upgrade for $20. Swedish Massage $55- 60 min, $67-75 min $80-90 min Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Hot Stone 90 min $100 Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Head, Hands and Feet 30 min $30 Massage therapy on the ears, jaw, neck, head, hands and feet. Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet and hands and ears to help correct energy flows throughout your body. Great for overall relaxation without having to get undressed for a massage. Perfect for adding essential oils, a foot scrub, or hot/cold stone facial massage. Aromatouch 30 min $35 Aromatouch® Treatment: skilled application of 8 doTERRA® essential oils through light, rhythmic touch on the spine and feet, to promote feelings of calmness & deep peace, and to support healthy immune system functioning. Hot Spot 30 min $30 Hot Spot Massage focuses on that one area that bothers you most. This massage is carefully executed by skilled therapists trained in pain-relieving techniques and is geared towards those that have a specific area of pain or discomfort. This can help ease the tension in the back, neck, shoulder or any other area in need. Infant Massage Class $20 Class that teaches the mother or couple how to gently massage their baby. Fertility $95 A mind-body-spirit/holistic approach to getting pregnant and/or working through infertility. Can be used before or during a journey through IVF, IUI, etc. |

Mini hot stone 1 area $10 Add hot stone therapy to 1 area during your massage. Add to the back, legs, or neck and shoulders. Foot scrub $5 Foot scrub using Sea Salt body polish and Marine pedi-balm, your feet will feel soft and smooth. Shea Butter Foot Treatment $5 Shea butter hot towel foot treatment with Marine pedi-balm, your feet will feel soft and smooth. Hot and cold stone face massage with Bergamot essential oil $15 Helps tone the skin, reduce wrinkles, and gives the face a nice glow. Can be added to any massage or perfect upgrade to head, hands and feet. Must be asked for at time of booking. Bergamot face massage and scalp massage with rose water $5 Add my custom Bergamot essential oil blend to your face massage and Rose water to your scalp massage.
