Comprehensive Birth Class
Are you a first-time parent? Considering a natural birth or planning a VBAC? Our Comprehensive Birth Class covers everything you and your partner need to know about birth, baby, breastfeeding, nutrition, exercise, labor stages, birth plans, and more. We focus on physical, mental, and emotional prep, with tips for partners to support you during labor. Finish feeling confident and ready for your birth and baby! Full 10 week in person classes or Hybrid (online course with Zoom meetings) classes will be offered.
Hospital Birth Class
Planning a hospital birth but want more than the standard class? Our 6-session Hospital Birth Class is for you! Designed for hospital births, it provides the information, tools, and preparation you need to make informed decisions. We cover induction, hospital policies, epidurals, stages of labor, comfort measures, pain management, and partner support. Finish the class feeling confident and ready for your baby’s arrival!
Home & Birth Center Class
Planning a home or birth center birth? Our 5-session Home & Birth Center Class is for you! With only 2% of births happening out of the hospital, you need specific preparation. We cover stages of labor, natural pain management, relaxation techniques, partner support, and handling transfers or interventions if needed. Build the knowledge and confidence for an amazing out-of-hospital birth!
Birth Boot Camp is Not a “Method”
Birth Boot Camp is not a one size fits all approach. In all of our classes and trainings, we teach a variety of tools including relaxation, breathing, comfort measures, labor positions, affirmations, etc. to help everyone have an amazing experience. Our goal is to give as much information as possible so that no matter what kind of birth someone is planning they are able to make the decisions that are best for themselves and their baby.
You will only give birth to this baby once. The day you give birth will be a day that you will always remember. This day is priceless! It is worth investing your time, energy, and resources to fully prepare for an amazing birth.
