Doula Packages

Doula (Labor Support) Services, Limits and Fees

As a certified Birth Boot Camp Doula. I support families in pregnancy. birth. and early postpartum through physical, emotional, and informational support, my goal is to help you have an AMAZING birth. I am independent and self-employed. As your doula, I am working for you, not your caregiver or hospital. I abide by the Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice of Birth Boot Camp.

Mother Nurture Baby offers a range of focused doula packages designed to cater to the unique needs of expectant and new mothers. Each package provides a different level of support, ensuring that you can find the perfect fit for your journey into motherhood.

Essentials doula package $2000       

Before labor

  • 3-4 prenatal in-home or virtual visits as needed and unlimited prenatal support for questions and concerns. 

1st prenatal 30-32 weeks-birth planning, birth education, and initial questions. 

2nd prenatal 32-34 weeks- hands on session, body balancing, massage, reflexology, acupressure, comfort measures, and relaxation.  

3rd prenatal 34-36 weeks– for 1st time parents Postpartum planning, postpartum education what to expect, basic baby care and information. Can be in person or Teams meeting.

4th prenatal 37-39 weeks- Body balancing birth prep session.

  • 24 hours on call 3 weeks before the due date ready for whenever you go into labor. 

When you are in labor 

  • Phone support in early labor and then continuous labor support at home or/and at your birthplace. With breaks as needed. 
  • It may take me up to 2 hours to get to you from the time you ask me to come (usually much less).
  • Simple, Photography services during the birth and after the baby is born. Please let me know if you don’t want pictures or certain ones. 
  • I am part of a doula collective and will provide a back-up doula from the collective. A backup will be provided if I am not able to attend your birth or labor gets very prolonged. 

After birth

  • After birth care until the mother is settled, cleaned up, fed and the baby is nursing.
  • After birth, call to check in 2 days later and see how the mother is doing.
  • Postpartum support for questions and concerns.
  • Postpartum doula visit 4 or 5 days after birth (or when requested) to check on the family and help in the home as needed. 
  • Basic infant massage class for parents, at home during postpartum visit.
  • Doula clients who sign paperwork and pay the deposit fee will get 10% off any other massage services.

Essentials doula package PLUS

  • 90 min Prenatal Massage Body Balancing session 
  • 75 min Postpartum massage with mini hot stone upgrade.

 

Comprehensive doula package $2873

Essential doula plus package with additional massages

  • 3-75 min Prenatal massages nurturing mother package
  •  3-105 min Prenatal Massage Body Balancing package 

 

Planned Repeat c-section package $1400

  • Prenatal and postpartum education, labor support with pictures, 2 massages and 2 Postpartum visits.

 

All-encompassing doula package $4600 

1st through 4th trimester doula package 

This comprehensive doula package is designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. From early pregnancy to your baby’s first months, you will receive personalized, professional care tailored to your needs. Below is a breakdown of the services included in this all-encompassing package.

Before Labor:

Prenatal Visits (10 to 30 Weeks)

  • Monthly in-home or virtual visits for support, questions, and concerns. 6 Prenatal visits at approximately 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, and 28 weeks.
  • Begins with an initial visit within 2 weeks of hire to address early pregnancy questions and what to expect through the 1st and 2nd trimesters.

Childbirth Education

  • Childbirth education class HYBRID (Online and Virtual meetings; Class 9 in-person).

Birth prep prenatal (30-36 weeks)

  • 30-32 weeks: Birth planning, education, and answering any questions.
  • 32-34 weeks: Hands-on support with body balancing, massage, reflexology, acupressure, comfort measures, and relaxation techniques.
  • 34-36 weeks: Postpartum planning, education, breastfeeding class, and basic baby care (for first-time parents).
  • 24/7 On-Call Support starting 4 weeks before your due date.

Prenatal Massages

  • 6 sessions of 75-minute prenatal massages at 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, and 28 weeks.
  • 8 sessions of 90-minute prenatal massages with balancing techniques at 30, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40 weeks.

During Labor:

Labor Support

  • Phone support during early labor, with continuous support during active labor, either at home or at your birthplace.
  • I will arrive within 2 hours of being called (usually much less).
  • Simple photography services to document your birth experience (please let me know if you prefer no photos or specific shots to be taken).

Backup Doula

  • As part of a doula collective, I will arrange for a backup doula from the collective in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., prolonged labor or unavailability). You may choose your preferred backup doula

After Birth:

Post-Birth Support

  • Post-birth care until you are settled, cleaned up, fed, and your baby is nursing.
  • A follow-up call the next day to check on your well-being.
  • Postpartum support for any questions or concerns as you adjust to life with your newborn.

Postpartum Belly Binding

  • Belly binding services, including multiple-day wraps and a self-binding course.

Home Visits

  • 1st visit: When you return home or when asked.  I’ll check in to ensure the family is settled, and assist with basic newborn care. Includes the first belly bind.
  • 2nd visit: 4-10 days postpartum to check on your recovery and assist with any help needed at home. This visit includes a second belly bind.

Postpartum Massage

  • 3 sessions of 75-minute postpartum massages, with optional belly binding.

Additional Check-Ins

  • Phone or text check-ins at 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 2 months, 3 months, and 6 months to ensure continued support and answer any questions.

Referrals

  • Priority Referrals to postpartum doulas with exclusive discounts if more postpartum care is needed. 

Discount Offer:

  • The package can be adjusted based on the hire date.
  • Doula clients who sign the paperwork and pay the deposit will receive 10% off any other services.
