Essential plus doula package $1800

With a birth doula you will get continuous care prenatally, throughout labor and postpartum.

• Before labor
• 3-4 prenatal in-home visits as needed and unlimited prenatal support for questions and concerns.
• 1^st prenatal 30-32 weeks-birth planning, birth education, and initial questions.
• 2^nd prenatal 32-34 weeks- hands on session, body balancing, massage, reflexology, acupressure, comfort measures, and relaxation.
• 3^rd prenatal 34-36 weeks- Postpartum planning, postpartum education what to expect, basic baby care and information. (this may not be needed for 2^nd time parents).
• 4^th prenatal 37-39 weeks- Body balancing birth prep session, in office or at home.
•  24 hours on call 3 weeks before the due date ready for whenever you go into labor.
• When you are in labor
• Phone support in early labor and then continuous labor support at home or/and at your birthplace. With breaks as needed.
• Simple, photography services during the birth and after the baby is born. Please let me know if you don’t want pictures or certain ones.
• After birth
• After birth care until the mother is settled, cleaned up, fed and the baby is nursing.
• After birth, call to check in 2 days later and see how the mother is doing.
• Postpartum support for questions and concerns.
• Postpartum doula visit 4 or 5 days after birth (or when requested) to check on the family and help in the home as needed.
• Basic infant massage class for parents, at home during postpartum visit.
• Doula clients who sign paperwork and pay the deposit fee will get 10% off other massage services.
• 75 min Prenatal massage in my office.
• 30 min labor prep body balancing add-on to a prenatal massage.
• 75 min Postpartum massage with mini hot stone upgrade.
• I work with a collective of doulas for my backup. We rotate on-call weeks so there is always 2 backup doulas available, if for any reason, I am not able to make it to the birth or need backup help during labor. Meet my backup here at the Northern Utah Doulas page.
