Take the stress out of looking for a birth doula by getting a massage! Combine a 60 min massage with a birth doula consultation. The 1st 60 minutes is a relaxing and therapeutic massage. The next 45 minutes your partner can join us and go over birth doula services. You may to ask all your questions at your leisure during your visit and get acquainted with what kind of massage I give. This is a great way to see if we are a good fit and feel comfortable together. After the massage your partner, if desired, can join us in person or via zoom. We can go over what to expect with me as your doula, packages, pricing, and contract info. You well leave the interview well acquainted, relaxed and feeling better, and with a very good idea if we will work well together.

Prenatal Visits
The package includes 3-4 home visits to address specific needs:
- 1st Visit (30-32 Weeks): Focus on birth planning, education, and initial questions.
- 2nd Visit (32-34 Weeks): Hands-on session with body balancing, massage, relaxation, and comfort techniques.
- 3rd Visit (34-36 Weeks): Postpartum planning and basic baby care (optional for experienced parents).
- 4th Visit (37-39 Weeks): Body balancing for birth preparation.
On-Call Support
- Availability: 24/7 on-call support starts three weeks before the due date for any questions or concerns.
During Labor
- Phone Support: Initial help by phone during early labor, followed by continuous in-person support.
- Travel Time: Doula may take up to 2 hours to arrive but usually arrives faster.
- Photography Services: Basic photo documentation during labor and post-birth, with options to decline.
- Backup Doula: A backup doula is available if needed.
After Birth
- Post-Birth Care: Support until the mother is settled, cleaned, fed, and the baby is nursing.
- Follow-Up Call: A call two days after birth to check on the mother.
- Postpartum Support: Help with any questions or concerns.

A doula is a childbirth professional that serves women by reducing discomfort and pain during labor with continuous support including massage, counter pressure, relaxation techniques, advocacy and education. This allows for a quicker recovery for both mother and child. I have expanded my prenatal massage and childbirth education training with Doula training that gives me added comfort techniques for labor including techniques for optimal fetal positioning, emotional support to help the mother and partner deal with unexpected situations in labor, and mother advocacy to help them create their optimal birth experience.
